Ordering Policy

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following situations:

  • Insufficient stock renders us unable to deliver the ordered items.

  • We do not deliver to your area.

  • The items ordered were listed at an incorrect price.

Cancelled orders will be refunded as soon as possible. We do not offer compensation for the inconvenience caused.

VAT-free orders are not possible through the online checkout page. Please contact us directly if you would like to place a VAT-free order.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days (excluding pre-orders), and delivered via UPS. A shipping confirmation, including tracking information, is sent to the email you provided.

Delivery times are approximate and do not include possible delays. We are not responsible for import duties, tariffs, or additional VAT incurred when ordering from outside the EU.

Refunds & Returns

Orders may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of delivery. Original purchase receipt is required, and the items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items that exhibit signs of use or wear. Accepted returns will be refunded as soon as possible. Please use the connect form to initiate a refund claim. Unsolicited refund claims will be returned to the customer.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, including possible import duties, tariffs, or additional VAT. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit to us.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

Our products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months, which covers either replacement or repair at our discretion. Original purchase receipt is required. Please use the connect form to initiate a warranty claim. Unsolicited warranty claims will be returned to the customer.

The warranty policy is void in cases of customer misuse, including, but not limited to: incorrect installation, improper handling, improper storage.

All shipping costs, import duties, tariffs, and additional VAT incurred with a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Your contact and payment details are collected when you order from our website. This information is stored responsibly and securely, and only used to process and deliver your orders efficiently and correctly to you. We do not store payment details, and your information is not shared with third parties. However, we do not guarantee the security of the data you disclose to us online. You will not hold us responsible for any breach of security, unless caused by our own negligence.
